That is always a good thing. Instead of hiring a landscaper, get out there and do the gardening, clean the eaves, mow the lawn and trim the bushes. You will get plenty of stretching, bending and exercise out of the effort and burn calories in the process.

Pulled muscles, strains, breaks or exhaustion will probably discourage you. Be patient with yourself and know that exercise is the best way to burn calories. You don’t have to be an iron man.
